Anyone claimed AIA Corporate Medical Insurance before?

Recently i was admitted to TTSH due to my leg injury from a heavy fall. So upon discharge, i requested LOG from my the insurance insured company which is a insurance broker. There is one clause from the LOG is that i have to clear out my medisave first then the remaining balance bill to the insurance company. I feel so ridiculous of this. Can anyone advise me on this? Anyone experienced this?
