Have Any Americans Successfully Gotten Their Data From Blizzard?

Basically just the title, this would be the third time that I've sent a data request to Blizzard for my OW account data and I've been ignored again. Blizzard aren't obligated to send me my data as I'm not a european citizen so have any fellow Americans actually gotten their OW account data from Blizzard?
