Is it just me, or...

I've heard that the small prize in the Greater Toronto Area has been solved, and multiple users are suspecting that the chest was hidden in Alexander Muir Memorial Gardens. It disappoints me because I would've thought the "No-Go Zones" and "Where Not To Search" section made it clear that the prize will not be located "Near graves, cemeteries, or memorials", as stated on the website. Is Alexander Muir MEMORIAL Gardens not a "memorial"??? If it is not, then what is it...? I find this wording to be quite poor, and honestly, seems like it is an issue that needs to be clarified further for the remainder of the prizes, and especially for the grand prize. To place the treasure chest anywhere on the park space designated as a "memorial" is very misleading.

How far counts as "near"...?
Even if the chest was placed about 100 feet away from the actual memorial plaque on the actual grounds of the Alexander Muir Memorial Gardens doesn't negate the fact that the chest is at a MEMORIAL site, does it?

Also, I noticed some people said something similar to "It doesn't matter because it snowed and was under snow and the memorial was under snow so there was no memorial". Just because a memorial is under snow does not mean that there isn't a memorial there... LOL.

Figured I'd share my thoughts. What are other people's thoughts on all of this?
