I want to custom-made blazer dress for my wedding in Kolkata

I am from Kolkata. My fiance and I decided to go for a simple court marriage and then we will go for staycation at a 5 star hotel in our city to celebrate and do our own customised rituals.

I want to wear a blazer dress (like Kate Middleton) for the court marriage. Anyone knows any shop in Kolkata who does custom-made blazer dresses? Please help.

TMI : The dress is a tribute to my mom-in-law who used to encourage me to wear more dresses (one piece) and always supported me in whatever endeavours I chose to experience. So, this dress is very very important to me.
