London to Dubai flight 23:55 Friday 6th need full refund - cannot reach Emirates - any advice?

I have business class tickets to Dubai from this Friday night.

We don't feel safe travelling, especially as I am 6 months pregnant.

Cancellation form on the website says that the cancellation says it will be with the fare conditions that we booked with which would be a deduction of £300/$450 per ticket.

I can't reach Emirates by phone or by web chat.

Any advice?
