Can mahoraga adapt to takada-chan?

When todo and takada were beating on mahito in shibuya, we know takada wasn’t really in that sequence and we all joked that todo was/is schizophrenic. But what if he starts that sequence with raga. Can mahoraga adapt to something that isn’t actually real while the opponent fully believes and is functioning within that delusion?
