What are your low key dealbreakers that people don’t usually talk about?

I have realised I have always been attracted to people who have direction and long term goals.

Not about money or status, but mindset. Drive. Growth. Wanting to build something meaningful.

Over time I have noticed that when someone seems comfortable just doing a job with no bigger vision, no curiosity, no desire to grow, I slowly lose interest. It’s subtle, but it matters to me.

I want to know if others feel the same or if I’m being too rigid.

What are your low key deal breakers or subtle signs that predict long term compatibility for you?

Not obvious red flags. Just small traits that ended up meaning more than you expected.
