I built an automated email outreach bot using pre-built n8n templates — here's exactly how I did it

**The Setup (Step-by-Step):**

**Step 1: Import the template**

Found a pre-built n8n workflow in a community vault that does LinkedIn lead scraping + email personalization. Takes literally 2 minutes to import.

**Step 2: Connect your data**

Linked it to my email provider and a Google Sheet where leads get logged automatically. No API key wrestling (which is the annoying part usually).

**Step 3: Set it live**

Configured it to run every morning. Now it pulls 30+ qualified leads, personalizes 3-5 emails per lead based on their profile, and sends them automatically.

**The Result:**

What used to take me 3-4 hours per day (manually finding leads + writing emails) now takes about 20 minutes of setup per week. Even if the conversion is the same, the time savings alone is worth it.
