Random Dizziness & Sickness

Currently 29w 5d.

Last night for the first time I felt very dizzy in bed, like when I turn over I feel like I have the worlds worst hangover dizzy. Then this morning as me and my partner were waking up I turned over to say morning and had to dash out of bed to be sick 🤢 - to front this I haven’t been sick since around 20w and that was only because I had a bad chesty cough🫣

Just wondering if this is a normal due to baby getting bigger etc or if it’s a huge cause for concern.
