How do play with cowardly teammates?

People who peek doors outside till 10 seconds are left in the game, refuse to go in, never play for plant, just peek for 9 years and die, roam but never actually go to harass the attackers etc. I tend to have the highest kills and utility impact in my games but my work is never enough because none of the other players participate in the actual flow of the match. I don't know what to do in situatuons like this
