a PS4 pro 7216B with Softwareversion 12.50 VS a PS4 pro(older model with thick cable thing) but has a 10.1 Softwareversion, which one is better?

Which one is better to mod? I've heard that the older the firmware is the better it is for the jailbreak/mod but I have also heard that the PS4 pro with the thick cable in the back is quite loud and the hardware is a bit worse than the 7216B version.

I have two offers on marketplace(not facebook, just some European marketplace) and price-wise they are around the same, so i wonder which one is better for the jailbreak?
