Canyon clash team 1 and team 2?

I see that Canyon currently allows registering 2 teams to participate. What is the difference between Team 1 and Team 2? Do the two teams receive the same rewards?

Should the teams be arranged by balancing the strength evenly between them, or should Team 1 consist of the strongest members while Team 2 includes the weaker ones?
