ANF in Armenian results

Once i saw this discussian in comment section about how close are Armenians to Europeans, genetically speaking. Someone brought up ANF being permaneng in both (many) European and Armenian results, ans the other person said that ANF in Armenians comes from a different source. 1) is it true? 2) what did they mean under "different source?
