“Featuring an expansive and bright open living room with four west-facing sliding glass windows, giving you plenty of natural light during the day and beautiful sunset light in the evening. The space is designed to fit an array of living room furnishings and entertainment center. The open kitchen is furnished with top of the line stainless steel appliances including a side by side fridge/freezer with auto ice; a five burner range with microwave; and a full size dishwasher. Granite countertops and abundant cabinet space make the kitchen both elegant and functional.

Beyond the living room are the two bedrooms. The king-size bedroom, on the right, features a double door closet, en-suite bathroom with standup shower, and a Juliette balcony. The bedroom on the left is queen-size with space for a dresser and bedside table and also has a double-door closet. Both bedrooms have big North-facing windows and remote-controlled Mitsubishi A/C and heating units.

The amenities continue with washer and dryer units just outside the apartment door and shared only with the tenant across the hall. Head upstairs and discover the two shared rooftops! The main rooftop spans half the building and gives West, North and Eastward views. This is an awesome area to lounge, barbecue and enjoy the Summer nights. For a bit more privacy, walk one flight up to the Crow's Nest, where you can enjoy even better views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and the stars.

The location is ideal. Close to both McCarren Park and McGorlick Park and just a few blocks from all the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Nassau & Manhattan Aves. For those with cars or that hire cars, an entrance to the BQE is just down the street.
