Spec Ops Glitch

So basically, I air assaulted some spec ops onto a province with some planes while not being at war with DRC. As soon as the spec ops landed, they instantly declared war and started attacking the planes without disembarking. DRC has since tried to ferry his stack to N'Djamena, but because these planes are apparently fighting my spec ops, they're stuck in the air and can't move. My spec ops still haven't disembarked, and aren't attacking, because the planes it's fighting are in the sky. So now they're just stuck in this province, and I can't move them
