[HELP] 3-Week-Old Build: NVMe (KLEVV C910) stuck at 100% Active Time, low transfer rates, freezing.

Hi everyone, I’m struggling with a brand-new build (less than a month old) that has become nearly unusable due to a persistent disk issue. Despite having high-end specs, the PC takes 10+ minutes to boot, and simple apps like Steam or Chrome take ages to open. The Issue: My C: drive (NVMe) is pinned at 100% Highest Active Time in Task Manager, but the Read/Write speeds stay near 0 or under 2 MB/s. It feels like the drive is "stuttering" or "hanging" on every request. System Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Motherboard: MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI SSD (C:): 2TB KLEVV CRAS C910G Gen4 NVMe RAM: 32GB DDR5 OS: Windows 11 Pro What I’ve already tried: BIOS Update: Successfully updated to version 7E26v1M6 (latest). Health Check: CrystalDiskInfo reports the drive as "Good 100%" and temps are fine (~37°C). Power Settings: Disabled "Fast Startup," disabled "Link State Power Management," and even unlocked hidden "AHCI Link Power Management" via registry to set it to "Active." Software: Tried the KLEVV SSD Toolbox, but it weirdly won't even recognize the drive (it shows my secondary Crucial SATA SSD instead). Drivers: Uninstalled "Standard NVM Express Controller" and let Windows reinstall it. Advanced Tweaks: Attempted to disable MSI (Message Signaled Interrupt) mode via Registry, but it didn't solve the usage spike. Services: Disabled SysMain (Superfetch) and Connected User Experiences. It feels like a hardware "handshake" bug between the B650 chipset and the KLEVV controller, but I’m at a loss since the hardware physically reports as healthy. Is this a known issue with KLEVV C910 drives or MSI B650 boards? Should I just RMA the drive at this point, or is there a specific NVMe driver/firmware I'm missing?
