MAD60 rgb keyboard! Help!

I've recently purchased the mad60 keyboard since it's fairly cheap and its got the features of the wooting. But after the product arrived i tried connecting the keyboard to its software for some reason it's not detecting.

Could someone please help me out. did i get scammed or something? i've tried connecting but for some reason nothing happens afterwards
