Time cotton alternatives?

I’m sewing a 10 cosplay and am having trouble sourcing the fabric. I’m going for the blue suit with red stripes.

Magnoli clothiers has their “time cotton” fabric, which is custom re-created, for 45+ per yard. Are there alternatives for the blue/red that are cheaper than that? It should work as long as it’s decently accurate. I don’t need 100% accuracy for this.
