Need something to neutralise lip pigmentation that isn’t foundation

Hey I have upper lip pigmentation and it makes my lipsticks or glosses look entirely different and while I don’t hate it and accept it I also sometimes want the true colour of the product to show up. I know I can use concealer but it’d be too annoying for reapplication and I hate the texture of it on my lips. Is there a product that’s in lip balm form that could neutralise the darkness on lips. And pls don’t suggest lightening treatments my lips are like this genetically.
