What are the requirements for an SAP CPI consultant working in IBM to join in SAP?

I am a SAP CPI/PO/PI consultant. How to join SAP from IBM? What is needed to clear the interview consideration IBM is majorly a service based company and SAP is a product company. I have heard that product company interviews are different from that of SAP. How different is it?
