Paxton Miridium

Godly parent: Krios, lord of the south and titan god of constellations and stars

Sexuality: straight

Personality: cold and antisocial. As well as a massive ego

Ht and wt: 6’5, 213lbs

Powers and abilities: Stellar sight. while under a clear and starry night sky, he can expand his range of vision to a 360 degrees and can extend his vision by several kilometers. He can also use high powered telescopes, like ones used in planetariums to simulate a similar effect. He relies on this ability the most, ever since a cut out his own eyes.

Astrological branding: similar to charmspeak and mist manipulation, he can manipulate other people’s thoughts, personalities and actions by leaving a temporary brand on them in the shape of a constellation. The affects vary depending on which constellation he uses.

Light absorption and redirection: Pax can absorb and redirect star light as concentrated beams of energy.

Equipment: stygian iron sword and iron armor. Like the other titan and gigante born halfbloods, Paxton had to rely on what he could scavenge in the depths of tartarus from other monsters and beings he came across. One day, he happened upon an ancient being clad in iron armor that seemed to absorb the light around it. He ambushed it, killed it, and stole its armor. As it was too large for him, he cut it down to much more manageable size and made a long sword from the scraps. The armor can absorb most magical attacks, the same way it absorbs light and the living essence of other beings. Wearing it has a major drawback however, his stamina depletes quickly as it draws on his own life.

Backstory: paxton, like the other demi-titans and demi-gigantes, was born to a mortal mother and raised on earth until he was 5. On his 5th birthday, he was kidnapped by a creature from the abyss and dragged into tararus where he would remain until he could locate the doors of death. He and the others grew up and trained in the relative safety of Damasen’s hut. However; cut off from his father’s stellar domain, Paxton grew up believing he had no godly talent or gifts. The others looked down on him, believing him to be the weakest among them. They all left him behind, thinking he’d only be weight on their journey through tartarus. This caused him to focus on his physical prowess and strength alone, until he was stronger and faster than anyone else. Skills that came in handy when he finally decided to leave on his 19th birthday for the mortal world.

As he was about to escape, he was cut off by Medusa and her two hideous sisters. They had finally reformed and also were making their way to the doors. When they smelled mortal flesh, however; they couldn’t resist and ambushed him. Three on one was a tough battle, even for him. Still, he managed to kill the two sisters. His problem was medusa’s curse. He couldn’t think of how to get near her without turning to stone. There was only one solution, cutting out his own eyes. Robbed of her one advantage, Pax managed to defeat medusa as well, although just barely.

As a reward for his victory, his father restored his damaged eyes. At first, he was over come with joy but it quickly turned to anger when he realized he still couldn’t see. He thought it was some cruel trick. He hobbled through the doors and rode the elevator to freedom. When they opened, he gasped. For he finally realized the truth. He had been granted the ability to see the world just as his father. Through the stars themselves. He felt like he had just then opened his eyes for the very first time. That wasn’t all. Under the starlit night, he discovered his other gifts as well. Gifts that couldn’t be used in the hazy mists and oppressive darkness of tartarus.

Some time later, he received his first quest. Kill the son and daughter of Jupiter. Easy enough, as the son of Jupiter had been killed some years prior.
