Rectal anal fístula (foul vaginal odor)

I think my girlfriend may have a retinal vaginal fisher.

We’ve been dating for about three months and have been intimate for the last two and almost on every occasion Regina smells like feces or like she’s passing gas extremely bad odor. Not fishy or the normal vagina odor this is completely unique and I’ve never experienced it before with anyone else. It completely smells like shit. The odor is so bad that I’ve had to shower multiple times and even once used a cleaning agent that had bleach to take the odor off has anyone experienced this before? How do I tell her and what is very surprising it that it doesn’t seem like she notices the odor it’s becoming an issue which may lead to us breaking up. I have very strong feelings for her and see your future and I don’t want to be unfair if this is a medical condition just looking for any thought or experiences that anyone is sad before.
