Can I use this while E-Stimming

About 2 years ago I had testicular cancer and had a testicle removed. Due to that I started suffering from ED. I picked up the Hot Octopus Pulse Solo dragon eye trying to find a toy to help with the ED. I am just getting into e-stim with a Coyote 3.0. I want to run triphase using “Stairway to Heaven” on cock and balls and “Komodo dildo” trode inserted. My question is, can I have my cock hooked up with the Stairway to heaven and lay it inside the Hot Octopus Pulse solo for the vibrations while e-stimming?

Any other suggestion or ideas appreciated.
