He told me that he got out of a relationship recently and isn’t over his ex, and maybe started dating before he was ready. I respectfully understood, and said i was around when he was ready, or to grab a drink as friends

I get that it was only 1 date, and i’m a little neurotic for this, but i genuinely really like this guy (or the idea of such a great guy.)

Is there a way i can get him back in some time. like reach back out in a couple months, or would it just be best to forget about him. Genuinely he’s a unicorn in the dating world for hme. Hot successful kind and basically every other good synonym
