Mokka X buying advice please

Hi all, I'm going to view a 2018 Mokka X 1.4i Turbo Elite Nav Auto with 63k on the clock. Is there anything specific I should be looking out for or asking the dealer? Should a belt be changed by now? It says its had 5 services done.
