Why didn’t Jackie have narcan in her house?

I just rewatched tbe episode where she was with that guy who overdosed in her living room and died, wtf did she not keep narcan in her house?! like she’s a nurse she obviously knows everyone’s system handles drugs differently, but she acted completely oblivious when he overdosed. Yeah, I get that she was impaired cus’ she was high herself but she’s almost always high so she still should’ve known what to do. A nurse who’s an addict not having narcan on them is crazy.
