How is AxionOS from privacy POV, how does it compare to GrapheneOS

After google's lockdown announcement, i've been thinking about custom ROMs for my Nothing 2A, I came across Axion AOSP (axionos.org) which has similar UI to that of nothing OS.

Is it as privacy friendly as GrapheneOS or Lineage ?
