Hi everyone,

I recently moved to Dubai and joined Transguard company. Right now I am in my probation period.

I wanted to ask:

Is it possible to resign during probation?

What is the proper process to resign in Transguard or similar companies in UAE?

Is it necessary to complete the full probation period before resigning?

Are there any penalties or problems (like visa issues, bans, or fines) if I resign early?

I would really appreciate advice from people who have experience working in UAE or with Transguard.
