When can/should you draw?
Was recently watching a YouTube video that and saw a comment that had me thinking..the comment was debating whether or not they would draw in non life threatening situations and at one point the commentator states “Are you really telling me you wouldn't even point your weapon at someone threatening a woman or a child just because they don't have a gun or a knife?”
Now this got me curious on what the ccw community thinks about this because I’ve had thoughts on whether or not I would draw if someone is smashing my mirror in traffic or If someone else life is in danger and I witness it and I’m carrying, background on me I’ve been in this sub for a little bit now but I just got my license and my ccw so carrying concealed everyday is brand new to me.
I was a CMC in the Marines so I’m familiar with pistols & rifles but I stayed on base so I couldn’t have my own firearm but this may be a beginner thought/question but I really wanna hear you guys opinions and why do you carry? As a last resort or to prevent the situation from getting to the last resort?
