Instagram isn't letting me log in after I applied Residential proxies (would really appreciate your help)

So, for context this business Instagram account is 6 months old, in the beginning I started using a vpn which limited my reach big time, after a few months I gave up..

a month ago, I came back, cut the VPN and improved my content

Got views within 4 days way more then I got in previous few months.

But..... Despite the content being in English, the views and engagement was from my third world country -- useless for me (I'm in digital product business)

So, it didn't changed anything, I was still demotivated.

Untill a person recommended me either getting a US sim card or going with proxies

So I choosed a very reliable residental proxy provider and a reliable anti-detect browser.

Setup, targeting US and make browser so it's not strict to make Instagram super suspicious but also don't give away fingerprint

Okay, everything was perfectly setup keeping, no leaks, settings Instagram in mind.

Yesterday I removed my Gmail and logged out my IG from the old laptop (yes the new set-up with proxy is in another laptop) and I deleted the browser as well

Today when I logged in my Gmail, and then tried logging in my Instagram - since it was quite sometime I'd forgotten the password, tried a few times (like 4-5 times)

And since I had Gmail logged in, I just clicked forget password and got a login link in Gmail When I clicked on it

I got "we can't log you in, because of security reasons" you have to login your account in the device you had previously logged in to approve logging in here"

First I don't know what this means the "approve" part

Second I deleted opera browser from my other laptop.

Now what I do.... To login successfully???

Yesterday somebody recommeneded me to reinstall the browser (opera which I was orignally using from created the account untill the few days) login my account, copy the cookies and put them in the other browser (with residential proxies in the other device) now i can do that, but will i be able to reach my goal ? "to get my account/content pushed to US audience, instead of mine; third world country??

Edit: I'm not using free proxies, I'm paying for them and they are among the best providers with the cleanest pool (decodo is the provider)
