What characters mentioned in lore would you want as playable heroes?

The question is simple, which characters mentioned in lore/voice lines would you want to see added to the roster of playable heroes? The first names that come to mind are The Troubadour, Mendoza, The current Viscount of New York, and The Curator.

Other interesting ideas would be introducing a character from the Friends of Humanity, Another member of Paradox, an actual Djinn character, and characters from a separate division of the OSIC, a character who serves as a medium for the OSIC would be interesting.

It would also be great to see more playable characters connected to Fairfax Industries (maybe Pockets’ dad?), The Seventh Moon (Maybe Yamato's Brother? If he isn't dead), the Baxter Society, the Tunnel Rats, and another character from Spanish Harlem. Additionally, introducing the person responsible for the Grey Talon family’s death would be intriguing, I would love to see more backstory for Mama Coco.
