Vaan ruling

If i have [[Vaan, Street Thief]] on board and hit 3 different players with a scout, do I reveal each card separately, choose to cast or not to cast it, then reveal the next? Or can i reveal each of them and choose which to cast? Situations where this would matter, player 1 reveals something like [[prideful parent]] and Player 2 reveals something like [[doubling season]]. Can i cast the doubling season first, then the prideful parent so I get an extra token? Or do they have to be cast on order of reveal or do you reveal one, choose to cast or not to cast, then reveal next and lose the ability to cast the previous spell?
