Planning a 1 week trip to Barbados (St. Lawrence Gap) what are the best restaurants, nightlife & activities?

Hi everyone!

I’m planning a 1 week trip to Barbados and will be staying in the St. Lawrence Gap area. My main plan is to relax by the beach, but I also really want to experience the best restaurants, nightlife, and fun activities while I’m there.

I’m especially looking for:

•	Top restaurants (preferably classy spots with ocean views)

•	Great nightlife in or around St. Lawrence Gap

•	Must-do activities or excursions during the week

•	Any hidden gems locals recommend

Ideally I’d love help putting together a rough itinerary for the week so I can balance beach time with fun things to do.
