random DS-82 question

I did the online form filler and chose standard for the delivery method. I was planning on having it be overnighted/1 day shipping to the passport center but found out it’s unavailable due to the chemical spill in Memphis. Now I’m regretting choosing standard delivery vs. the 1-2 day since I’m stressed I won’t get it in time. The price for expedited is $190 and $212.05 for 1 day. Basically my question is: if I write the check for $212.05 will I have any issues with that since I originally chose standard delivery?
