Does anyone feel weird vibrations at night?

Sometimes I feel weird vibrations rack my entire room at night. My room has a glass door and glass windows so there's some extra effect of vibrations. This generally happens around 3-4 am. Is this because of some trucks that pass by at night? There's also a metro station in front of my apartment but metro isn't active at 3-4 am. Or is it my society's water motor? But it shouldn't shake the whole floor.

My parents don't feel anything in their room btw.
