Who pays for this War ?

Let me start by saying, I'm sorry if I offend anyone by this post. I've had a lot of things on my mind lately, unrelated to the situation that's been going on.
The current scenario has added another burden of thought.

My Question is this :

Who pays for the damages caused to the GCC countries that through no mistake of their own have been caught in the crossfire ?

Will the US & Israel compensate UAE & other Gulf countries for their war with Iran ?

Who pays for the arms, munitions and missile systems that have been used up to keep us safe from incoming drone and missile attacks from Iran & possibly more needed should the war drag on ?

Who pays for the damages that have been caused as a result of those failed attacks ?

Who pays for the rising fuel prices & goods that get expensive as a result of supply chain disturbance ?

Will the cost of war ultimately have to be borne by the citizens and expat residents of the innocent countries being caught in the crossfire ?
