Rog rakiri ii flashing rgb rog logo center of controller

Does anyone know how to turn this off when your computer is off, it just flashes indefinitely, would be fine if it just flashed while charging until it was at 100% but it doesn't go off unless you using it, charging or not ect. Actually quite annoying as it sits below my tv next to my PC just flashing away! Thanks
