Starfield vs Outer Worlds after Fallout?

Hello all! I’m a longtime player of the Fallout series and have been playing the same three games over and over. I’ve done five playthroughs on FO3, seven on FNV, and I’m on my thirteenth on FO4. I’m getting bored of the same thing. As much as I wish they’d release a Fallout 5 (yes, I have played FO76 and did not like it), I am coming to terms with the fact that I will be old and grey by the time it’s released. So to occupy my time I was thinking of playing either Starfield or Outer Worlds. Will either scratch my Fallout itch? Which would you recommend for someone with nearly 5000 hours of Fallout played?
