Light roast on OXO

Hey fellow oxo brewers

I have 3 different light roast in my house, Ethiopian Kaffa, Ethiopian gujy and Tanzanian

And whenever I make tham on my oxo whether is a zuppa lungo style or 40 grams saturation and 200 more brewing I always seem to get a cup that it's basically the same no matter which one of the three I use

I do get a sweet somewhat juicy and fruity brew but it seems that something I miss makes the unique notes to not appear,

I don't use filters and I temp Using slow-moderate pace pumps when pumping 90-95c water from brita filter jug, boiled 45 grinding size on df83
