I never got to see Linkin Park live back in the day, and never thinking it could ever happen again once Chester had ascended, i was overjoyed with LP's return with Colin & Emily and the new record.

I missed out on tickets initially as i didn't know about the new drop until yesterday, however i \*need\* to give a massive shout-out to Reddit user \*"gazzalp23"\* - he had an extra VIP ticket & Pack he was offering folks the night before.

He gave someone who had a ticket already the extra VIP pack, and messaged me yesterday morning asking if i wanted the ticket.

For the entire day i was 99% sure i fell for an obvious troll & would get ghosted or something - but sure enough, he arrived like he said, and checked me into the show alongside him!

I'm still in shock, and he was the nicest guy, very chill, down to earth . I just hope i didn't annoy him too much with my excitement & astonishment - there are still anonymous, kind, honest people out here on the internet??

We went in, found a nice spot in the middle behind the first couple of rows on the rail & hung out with everyone til showtime - and Colin even came out for a fun little meet & greet before Polaris took the stage!

Polaris were new to me, but won me over, so loud, incredible musicianship & you literally felt their music in your bones - a literal soundwave.

And then Linkin Park arrived to elevate the most amazing night. We had people from a dad with his tiny daughters that got to see Emily up close on the rail, to Folks in their 70's with thier kids and grandkids and everyone in-between, and aside of a skeevy jabroni and some drunk mums trying to force their way to the rail, everyone else was so much fun to rock out with.

The band was on-point the whole night, the crowd was energized AF, we were there to party, and the intimacy & interactions between us and the band for such a huge crowd was like nothing else - witnessing Emily & Mike come into the crowd like that in person literally a metre from us was incredible, and the entire stadium knew every song, even the new ones and the deep cuts!

I finally got to feel what i've always seen watching previous LP live shows online. There really is something special with this band and the fans, such a family or community-like energy, hard to explain, and i'm just so grateful and stoked and a little overwhelmed that i somehow got to be there with all of you.

Please enjoy some of my potato phone pics; peace! ✌️🤍🤘🔥
