My coworker is a pervert and a piece of work…

To put in context as to what I am talking about, my coworker is a man in his 70s with a narcissistic personality bragging about a lot of random bs just to impress the women at work.

He will even go as far as stalking their IG profiles and not adhere to carding an underage girl as part of his job in the casino.

He gloats about having done this, been to that place, knows this language better than anyone else. He forcibly claims that he’s “the best employee in my company and doesn’t get enough credit for everything he’s doing.”

The man is full of himself, and makes it unbearable to work with him when he displays insubordinate behavior and tendencies just to get on everyone’s skin.

Management will not do anything about this behavior. Yet he claims he can retaliate any defense thrown his way by his notion of “following the rules of his contract.”

Idk what to do…
