34 [M4F] - Age gap chats, short or long term

The Basics: I'm looking for a long term chat with someone younger. I regularly work with people in their early 20s so someone in the 20-22 range would be perfect, a little younger or a little older is good too. Someone who can carry on a conversation is also essential, there's nothing more boring than getting one word responses or nothing that spurs more chat. It can be as spicy or as casual as you'd like, I'm very open in that regard.

Additional: Is it creepy? Weird? Uncomfortable? Borderline immoral? Yes to all of the above, and that's why it's taboo and hot isn't it. Truthfully I haven't always been an age gap fan, it's very new to me, and maybe that's because I'm just finally getting old enough that age gaps are possible.

I'm not sure if it's just me but it seems to be a much more popular kink lately. I've heard some chat about Gen Z being more obsessed with being youthful and not aging and I'm curious if that's part of it. Fetishizing your own youth.
