Help me remove a curse from my gfs property

Yeah I don’t typically believe in this sort of stuff but here we go me and my gf have been together for 9 months and I’ve never believed in cursed and she hasn’t either until this week both me and my gf are from Maine and she happens to live in the snowfall valley region after her ex stepdad made them move they brought a really nice place for super cheap compared to what it should have been both me and gf own horses and she has a pretty big collection of horses between 15-20 anyway every November since they move there 6 years ago something bad happened not just bad horrible actually the first year they were there November 12th favorite horse that she has had her entire life gets hit by a car after getting out the thing is to get out 2 gates had to be opened but at the time they thought it was just there POs neighbor she was and is still devastated by this event the year after that her stepdad now ex stepdad wrecked his car November 17th and wasn’t found for 4-5 hours and was left paraplegic the year after that he tried to stab my gfs mom with his one half working arm and was not successful don’t remember the date on that and a few other things have happened that i honestly can’t remember that have all happened in November this year 2 of there horses got out (same situation as the first one) and both got hit one died on impact the other was put down by an officer on scene the day after all of their dogs got out and killed one of their mini horses and a few of there goats these are the same dogs that used to Rome there property with the other animals and they never bothered anything now all the dogs are extremely aggressive and don’t like people and three days later she slipped and broke her collar broke on some ice a fall she had done 100s of times and I did end up doing some research and found that there probably is in the same place that Molly Ockett cursed when she was turned away from in the late 1700s and we had been talking to there neighbors in the area and we have found out through them that in the past 100 years or so there has been 5 deaths on this piece of property the oldest one is 2 little girls drowned to death in there 1st pond that is only a foot or 2 deep the second one is some dude apparently hung him self in there old barn then there has been 2 car accidents where people have died on the edge of there property so there is 2 ideas that I have could it be spirits or do you think it’s the Molly ockett curse we have also heard babies crying in the woods and other stuff like that and another thing is my gfs mom has always kinda been well behaved and stuff and in the past 2 months she’s started trying to sleep with as many people as possible upwards of 500 since August it’s really not like her at all how would one get rid of whatever this is it’s terrorizing her and her family not just in November now how do you get rid of it anyone have a idea lmk less
