Trans Team Members: Which medical plan has the best coverage for affirming care?

I recently started a position with WFM, and got a notification about enrolling for benefits.

Right now, I'm mostly concerned with HRT and laser/electrolysis (including being able to go back to Estradiol Valarate injections since they were much more effective than pills), but voice therapy would also be nice if any of the plans offer it.
