Are Cannibal Ferox/Cannibal Riot any good still?

I haven't done them in several years (last maybe 2017 or 2016 or so). I've been doing PWO nearly daily since 2009 or so. Jack3d, then when that went away I switched to Cannibal. I recall at one point they had DMAA, then DMHA and yohimbe.

Past few years I switched for whatever reason, been doing simpler stuff like Hyde Extreme, WokeAF, I Am God, Transparent Labs Bulk Black, etc... and even weaker stuff like ON as a daily driver.
