How to clone my old ssd to a new one included window?

I tried the manufacturer software but I can't boot to window on my new ssd no matter what. In the bios it is detected as an boot options but when I boot it up I can't clear my old drive data bc of it being the boot one. When I tried to physically remove my old ssd it said window can't boot bc of missing file

And I suspected 2 things: one is that bought an used ssd, two is that my old ssd is a Chinese brand (Hiksemi) and their software is faulty, how to checked which caused the problem?
