Leo Enrichment Suggestions

Hi all, my partner has this beautiful natural/wild type Leo named Luna who she absolutely adores. She's spent a bunch of time and money making a full setup with all types of drift wood, hanging moss/vines and two enclosures (dry and humid). Luna seems to be pretty happy and always loves to come out and greet everyone when we're near her enclosure.

However, because we are both working, Luna spends the vast majority of her time in her enclosure and its been weighing on me if she is getting enough fulfilment and enrichment in her day to day. On one hand, our local exotic pet store says that Leo's aren't the most fond of being handled, but on the other I see tons of posts here where people have their Leo out and exploring. So basically I'm just hoping that some Leo owners could give some good suggestions on ways to help us give Luna a bit more stimulation and to help enrich her life a bit more. Whether it be just letting her run around on a bed, or building an entire box Kingdom for her to reign over, I'm all ears on what you guys find your Leo's enjoy doing when not in their enclosure.
