Editors with automotive/metalworking familiarity? $100-$200/mo + long term potential

I have a small YouTube channel (approx 7500 subs) focusing mainly on off-road vehicle fabrication and tech. My videos feature lots of welding/metalworking and vehicle modification. I have a decent amount of content filmed but my bottleneck for putting out regular videos is editing (I have a >full time job and young kids so I just don't have much time.)

I am looking to bring in a long-term editor that can help me get full videos and shorts out on a more regular schedule (~20 min video out every 2-4 weeks plus shorts). Someone that somewhat understands what they're looking at in my videos would be the most helpful. My build/filming process can be convoluted sometimes so someone that can help streamline the delivery of the info being presented would be valuable.

Rate/pay structure is negotiable- I'm thinking $50 flat rate per video to start and eventually a % of channel revenue if the fit is right. Message me and we can go from there. Thanks!
