Tax filing for rental income

Currently filing my tax for YA2025 , wanted some advice and opinions. I'm currently renting a property with the following assumptions :-

1. generate yearly rental of rm10,000 per annum
2. pay 6k for loan interest ( yes this has been separated from the principal repayment portion)
3. pay condo management fees of 3k
4. pay year quit rent and assessment of 1k

If I offset items 2-4 against item 1 , I'm not generating any net income from this property . Can I just put zero for my rental income ? I'm not doing anything illegal or tax evasion , but ideally I would want to just file my tax and not go thru the hassle of getting a tax audit.
