Hello, I started my youtube

So i just started my youtube shorts/youtube video for animation meme stuff and i got 1.3k views for first video i posted 2 days ago, and my second youtube shorts I posted today is currently 180 views.

so the questions: is it normal to be that much view for a animation/art youtuber?

2. How can i increase algorithm reach? (i use hashtags but idk if it is right to do in that way)

3. What should be the days (term) between the videos i should post (in how many days I should post each shorts)
